The payment is considered to have been made by the buyer at the time of non-cash payment to the agent's settlement account or payment in cash or by bank card at the point of sale of the agent or its representatives (including subagents).
When making a payment with a bank card on the website or at the point of sale, the buyer must use a bank card issued in the name of the buyer.
The payment rules are set out in article 5 of the OFFER, which is available on this site.
Cancellation and Refund details
Money received by the Agent as payment for the Ticket / Electronic ticket shall be refunded to the Buyer only in case of cancellation / replacement / postponement of the Event and when the Agent receives a formal letter from the Principal / Organizer of the event, which specifies the conditions (term, time, place) and the procedure of the ticket return. Information about the procedure, terms, place and time of ticket return is available on the website of the Agent.
In case the Buyer receives refund for the Ticker for canceled, replaced, or postponed Event purchased from the Agent, at the box offices of the Principal, and (or) the Organizer of the Event, according to an official letter from the Principal and (or) the Organizer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make a complaint to the Agent.
With replaced or postponed Events, if the Buyer does not agree on a replacement / postponement, he receives the refund on the day of the Event at the box offices of the Principal, and (or) the organizers of the event, according to an official letter from the Principal and (or) the Organizer, unless otherwise is stated in the official letter of the Principal and (or) Organizer. The Buyer not entitled to make a complaint to the Agent.
In accordance with the terms of present Offer refund for the purchased Ticket by the Buyer is only made for Tickets purchased in the Points of sale or on the Internet site of the Agent and Subagent, if this place of return is specified in the official letter of the Principal / Event organizer in accordance with paragraph 6.1. of present Offer.
Money is returned to the Buyer only under condition of mandatory and actual return of the purchased Ticket of the Buyer.
In accordance with the terms of present Offer the refund for purchased Ticket by the Buyer always produced less and except the Service charge of the Agent and delivery costs of ordered and paid Ticket/ s of the Buyer (if the service was ordered and paid by the Buyer).
The Agent does not make any refund for lost, damaged Tickets, and Tickets with any corrections and hidden by any artificial means information.
